This Privacy Policy explains what information Sweet Home Realty, LLC collects through the ListSimple website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the ListSimple listing service. Last updated August 2026.
Information we collect
When you use the seller intake or contact forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, property details (address, type, occupancy, size, desired list price), listing readiness details, showing preferences, disclosures you make about the property, and your selected package. We also collect basic technical information (such as your device and browser) automatically when you visit the site.
How we use it
We use this information to review your listing request, prepare your MLS listing and required documents, communicate with you about your listing or inquiry, process your payment, and provide the brokerage services you request. We do not sell your personal information.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to provide the service: with Stripe to process payment; with our email provider (Resend) to send confirmations and notifications; with the MLS and related broker/IDX feeds to publish your listing; and with the service providers who host and operate this website. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe over a secure connection. Sweet Home Realty does not store your card information.
How long we keep it
We keep listing and transaction information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet the record-keeping requirements that apply to a Florida real estate brokerage, and then dispose of it in line with those requirements. Information from general inquiries is kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you provided, or to stop contacting you, by using the contact details below. Some information may be retained where the law requires a brokerage to keep transaction records.
